Building D was historically a warehouse/storagebuilding situated directly behind the main gate building (E) on the left side. Since 1996 the space is used as a utilitybuilding. The total floorsurface is 89m² on 2 floors:
- Cellar: 36m²
- Ground floor: 53m²
The ground floor is for rent.
